A video has surfaced online of a female military officer flogging a junior colleague at a female corps in the Federal Capital Territory.
The incident reportedly began when the junior officer was slapped by the senior officer and retaliated. The senior officer then ordered her colleagues to hold the junior officer down and proceeded to flog her with a cane.
The junior officer was also reportedly locked up by the senior officer.
The incident is under investigation and appropriate action will be taken to ensure all military personnel are treated with respect and dignity.
